Pixelocity
Effective August 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pixelocity (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our software and services, including Pixelocity and the Pixelocity client portal (the “Services”).
Account information. Name, email address, business name, and sign-in credentials (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and never stored by us in plain text).
Advertising data. When you connect an advertising account (such as Google Ads), we access campaign, keyword, search-term, ad, budget, and performance data through the platform's official API, and store the portions needed to provide reporting, scoring, and history.
Business information you provide. Details you enter in the Services — such as business hours, service area, brand names, and notes — used to make analysis and suggestions more accurate.
Usage and log data. Actions taken in the Services (every change made to a connected advertising account through the Services is logged), plus standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
We use this information to provide and improve the Services: building your reports and account scores, surfacing suggestions, executing changes you or your services agreement approve, keeping an auditable history of changes, providing support, and sending service communications. Portions of your advertising and business data may be processed by AI service providers to generate analysis and suggestions on your behalf; those providers are bound to process it only to provide the service.
Our use of information received from Google APIs (including the Google Ads API) adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google Ads data solely to provide the advertising management features you signed up for. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising other than serving you, or allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers that host and operate the Services for us (such as our cloud hosting, database, email, and AI providers), bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms; (b) advertising platforms, when executing the changes you approve; (c) professional advisers or authorities where required by law; and (d) a successor in a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
We retain account and advertising data while your account is active and as needed to keep the change history the Services promise. When an engagement ends, we disconnect advertising-account access on request and delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections, credentialed access with role separation, audit logging of account changes, and least-privilege access for our team. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately at sean@pixelocity.com if you suspect a problem.
You can access and update your business information in the Services, ask us to correct or delete personal information, or disconnect an advertising account at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (such as access, portability, and deletion rights); we honor verified requests.
The Services use cookies strictly to keep you signed in and to operate the product. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies in the Services.
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
